Picked in the spring from a 140-year-old garden, the farm is tucked away in the mountain folds of India's Darjeeling region. Guarded by the regal peaks of Kunchanjunga and shrouded in mist, the legend behind the name of this estate was derived from Mim Sahib, who secretly buried her husband when he passed away due to an unexpected illness and boldly supervised the operations of the plantation after his demise. Out of respect and love for her, the people named the plantation Mim Kaman which, in the Sherpa tongue means, "a garden run by the lady."
