The 3 Group has a 21 liter boiler, 4500 Watt heating element, 20.5 Amps. Requires min. 30 Amp breaker on a dedicated line. The Vittoria integrates the finest electronic components to insure optimum performance and longevity. Precision made pressurestat assures reliable water temperature control and immediate recovery. Internal rotary vane motor pump. 2 Stainles Steel steam wands and 1 hot water spout. Thermally balanced group heads with heavy duty portafilters made of high quality solid brass, nickel and chromium plated. Adjustable chromium plated feet. Automatic self adjusting water level. Optional: Pod/Cialda Adapter can be installed in the group head, it allows the operator to use pods or ground coffee and achieve a perfect extraction without making any futher changes to the system.
